今年年夜飯我可輕鬆喔、只煮了幾道拜拜的菜餚~~~ 一大桌五星級的年夜菜全部由大媳婦掌廚、我只在旁邊幫忙當助手、家卉辛苦囉~ 謝謝你~~讓我們享受温馨又温暖的除夕年夜飯~~~~




 


焗烤干貝魚片通心粉~~~這是寶貝阿孫 最愛吃的~所以烤二大盤~~~~


 



 


 


香滷牛腱~~自己滷的、牛肉很Q很香~~~

素十錦菜 ~~~非常好吃、裡面有十種菜、表示十全十美、很吉祥的過年菜~~~




 


 


鳥魚子香腸拼盤~~~黑橋香腸、墨魚香腸、飛魚卵香腸、黑鮪魚香腸~~~~是二媳婦從台南買回來的~~~




 


 


南瓜海鮮煲~~~香氣的南瓜、美味的海鮮、很好吃可是不便宜、裡面的鮑魚一包 一千多元喔~~~





 



鰻魚油飯~~~孩子們最愛吃的油飯、 今年的鰻魚很貴、這樣一隻350元、可是大家都很喜歡吃~~~~




 


 


粉蒸排骨~~~蒸了一大鍋要大家吃飽、香氣十足、Mkie 流口水囉、因為這一道是美國女壻的最愛~~~




 


 


椒鹽蝦~~~~好香好美味~~~




 


 


芥藍炒牛肉~~~牛肉很嫩很美味~~~
 


 


 


泡菜炒牛肉~~~微辣的泡菜也很好吃~~~



 


 


糖醋黄魚~~~過年一定要有這一道菜、不能吃表示年年有餘~~~




 


 


龍蝦沙拉~~~甜甜的也很美味~~~



 


 


咖哩羊肉鍋和干貝火腿扁尖雞湯~~~咖理羊肉鍋是阿京寳大廚師的獨門湯頭、不便宜一包400多元~~
雞湯是用干貝、火腿、扁尖筍熬燉的、雞肉軟嫩可口、湯汁濃郁鮮美喔~~~
